Terms of service

The terms, kept short.

These terms cover this website and the public live demo. Actual Edge installations are governed by a written agreement with each client - that's where the real detail lives.

Last updated: 4 July 2026

1. Who you're dealing with

This site and the Edge product are operated by AIRIS Sàrl, a company registered in Switzerland, based in Lausanne, trading as AlpinEdge. Contact: info@alpinedge.ch.

2. Using this website

You're welcome to browse, read, share links, and book a call. Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to breach or probe security, no using the site to mislead others, nothing unlawful.

3. Using the live demo

The demo at demo.aiedge.ch is a public showcase of a fictional business, offered as-is so you can feel what Edge is like.

4. Edge installations

An Edge installation for your business is a separate, written engagement: a service agreement plus a data processing agreement. Those documents - not this page - govern the install, service levels, fees, confidentiality and data handling for clients. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

5. Content and IP

The site, the demo, the Edge software, brand and design are ours (or licensed to us). You may not copy, resell or pass them off as your own. Feedback you send us is welcome and we may use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it.

6. Honest limits

The site and demo are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Content on the site is general information, not professional advice. To the fullest extent Swiss law allows, AIRIS Sàrl is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or demo. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for intent or gross negligence.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product and site evolve. The date at the top tells you when. Material changes get a visible note, not a silent edit.

8. Law and venue

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal venue.
